Our recent review was posted by a wonderful landlord who said, 'Preparing the flat for a tenant after the death of the relation who had been in situ since the flats were built was not going to be easy, but thanks to Direct Residential it all went well. Their attention to detail and their help when we had a sewage backup just at the wrong time was superb. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and when they said they would do something it was done quickly and they kept in touch. Really excellent work.

The fees to be charged were given to us at the beginning and there were no unexpected items. They earned every penny.'
