Property Manager
We have a vacancy for an experienced Property Manager (or junior) to help manage our vast portfolio. This will start as maternity cover, but is likely to become permanent. You will be comfortable with property inspections, dilapidations, repairs and managing contractors, working from our flagship branch in Epsom with a great team around you. Pool cars are available to complete tasks, working over a 5 day week. Naturally we offer the best salaries for the best staff.

Lettings Negotiator
We are looking to expand our letting team and have a vacancy for a Lettings Negotiator. A little experience would be preferable, but if you have property knowledge, are keen and motivated, we can train you to be one of the best in the industry. Branch Co-ordinator
We have a vacancy for a Branch Co-ordinator for our Epsom branch. Duties will mainly involve processing applications for rentals (references, legislative and process requirements etc), updating our website, assisting with property advertisements, dealing with rental leads and property viewings. This is a very important position within our company as a market leading expert, so you need to be able to keep a cool head and a sense of humour! Naturally the salary is exceptional and use of quality pool cars available across a 5 day working week, including Saturdays.
Assistant Property Manager
We have a vacancy for an Assistant Property Manager for our Epsom branch. Duties will mainly involve processing rent payments, arranging maintenance issues with contractors, arranging property visits and ensuring our portfolio is up to date with mandatory legislative safety aspects. This a supportive role to a Property Manager within our company as a market leading expert, so you need to be able to keep a cool head and a sense of humour! There is an excellent development route to become a Property Manager. Naturally the salary is exceptional across a 5 day working week.
