Dan ColeBranch and Property Manager

Dan started his career in Estate Agency in 2018, specialising in Lettings and Property Management in the West & Southwest London Areas. Dan has always worked at market leading agencies with a focus on customer service, which means Direct Residential was a perfect fit for him. Throughout Dan’s career and to date, he has been responsible for over 1,000 residential lets! Prior to Dan’s career taking him into our industry, he has 15 years’ experience working in Property and Customer Relationship roles, giving well rounded knowledge of all aspects of the rental journey. Dan also has a level 3 ARLA qualification which has further built on his legal and compliance knowledge, which enables clear, concise, and accurate advice to Landlords.

Ben MillsLettings Associate

Ben started his career in estate agency mid-2021, specialising in the Sutton and surrounding Surrey areas. Ben also experienced the real estate market in Dubai for a short period and now returned to the UK to continue his career specialising in management and lettings by joining our team. Ben’s knowledge of the rental market can help answer any questions you may have, and make your move in to a new property as easy as possible.

Benjamin Plumb Lettings Associate, Website and Marketing

Benjamin supports our day-to-day marketing responsibilities such as our website, digital and social content, having just completed his Master’s Degree in Digital Communications. Benjamin also supports the lettings team with viewings and administration on a part time basis.

Paula DoubledayBranch Coordinator

Paula joins our team with a wealth of local knowledge and years of customer service experience. These skills and attributes will provide a solid underpinning for her role as our Branch Coordinator, dealing with landlords and tenants at the start of their journey with us, through to check in. Paula also supports the maintenance side of the business, arranging contractors to attend to our large managed portfolio of properties.

Ian Plumb Managing Director

Ian started Direct Residential with a goal of making it the preferred agency, specialising in just Lettings and Property Management. This passion and enthusiasm has now seen the company successfully approach its second decade, trusted with a rent roll well in to the millions of pounds each year and growing. As a multiple residential and commercial landlord himself, Ian is fully aware of making sure an investment pays for itself and welcomes the opportunity to discuss possible investments as a buy to let specialist. Previously working as a Director of a large national lettings operation setting up over 126 individual businesses and responsible for development, training and brand standards, with a background in property spanning over 38 years; this passion supports Direct Residential Lettings to be multiple award winners on service and reviews in the area/Surrey.

Eleanor PlumbCompany Secretary

Eleanor joined Direct in 2005 to assist in the day to day collection of rents, accounts and property inspections. Eleanor has extensive experience in the Property Management side of the business gained through investment ownership, accounting and 25 years in customer service facing roles.

Harrie GillaniProperty Manager

Having joined us from a retail background with over 15 years in Customer Service, Harrie is a valuable addition to our Team. With her excellent Customer Service background, attention to focus and detail utilising her transferable skills, Harrie will be well positioned to support our large property management portfolio. This in turn will enhance our tenants and landlord’s experiences, allowing them to enjoy their homes and investments. Harrie’s experience, dedication and professionalism will amplify our in-house property management Team without question.

Naveed Bari Property Manager

Naveed is an experienced and qualified Senior Property Manager, benefitting from also being MTPI qualified with a proven track record in effectively managing diverse portfolios, including leaseholder relations, budgeting, and maintenance operations. Highly skilled in overseeing property performance to deliver exceptional service for tenants, landlords, and leaseholders. Naveed builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Harrison Plumb Accounts and Finance

Harrison supports the back-office accounts function following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts degree in Maths and Business Finance. Harry’s attention to detail supports the day to day running and accounting that goes with a busy successful management company.
